Welcome to AutoRescue Cedar Falls Towing. By using our towing and roadside assistance services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before requesting our services.

Services We Provide

We offer 24/7 emergency towing, roadside assistance, flatbed towing, long-distance towing, motorcycle towing, accident recovery, winching, junk car removal, and heavy-duty towing services. All services are subject to availability and your compliance with these terms.

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. If payment is not received, we reserve the right to hold your vehicle until full payment is made. You are responsible for all charges related to the towing or roadside assistance service you request.

Your Responsibilities

When you call us for service, you agree to provide accurate information about your location, vehicle condition, and the type of assistance you need. You must be present or arrange for an authorized representative to be present when we arrive. If you are not available when we arrive at the specified location, you may still be charged a service fee.

You are responsible for removing all personal items from your vehicle before it is towed. We are not responsible for any items left in your vehicle during transport or storage.

Liability and Insurance

We take every precaution to safely transport your vehicle. However, vehicles being towed may already have existing damage, especially in accident recovery situations. We are fully licensed and insured, but our liability is limited to damage directly caused by our negligence during the towing process.

You should report any new damage to us immediately upon delivery. Claims must be filed within 48 hours of service completion. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, mechanical failures, or damage caused by the condition of your vehicle.

Storage Fees

If your vehicle is stored at our facility, daily storage fees will apply. You will be notified of the storage rate at the time of service. Storage fees begin 24 hours after your vehicle arrives at our facility. You must provide proper identification and proof of ownership to retrieve your vehicle.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel a service request, please call us as soon as possible. If our tow truck is already dispatched or en route to your location, a cancellation fee may apply to cover our time and fuel costs.

Disputes and Resolution

If you have any concerns or disputes about our services, please contact us directly at (319) 666-1096 or support@towingcedarfalls.com. We will work with you to resolve any issues fairly and promptly. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through direct communication will be handled according to Iowa state law.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the new terms.
